Hi everyone!

Thought I should introduce myself, I'm Denise and I'm a dyed in the wool dog lover! I don't have my Cocker yet but he will come home in March when he's eight weeks.

He will be my first Cocker, coming home to a brother, my Greater Swiss/Lab mix and two sisters, my rescue who is an undetermined mix of mixes and a Bichon/Yorkie mix.

I've been soaking up tons of the forum information on the breed and my first attempt at home cooking is in the crockpot. I'm really hoping the home cooked food will help my big guy with his itching!

If anyone has any puppy names they'd like to throw out, I'd love to hear them. Baby boy is a black.

Welcome Denise. Forums are a great place to start. I learned quite a bit about cocker spaniels and dogs in general on forums. Congratulations on your new puppy!
 
Hi Denise. I learned a lot about Cocker Spaniels to on this forum. Teddy was my first cocker. I adopted him from a rescue 2 years ago and he's been a great dog in addition to my Labrador retriever.
