Google Forms for cocker rescues

If you have a web site that requires applications from people (e.g. pet adoption form), Google Forms can do it. This is exciting to me because online forms are difficult to set up. It's free and customizable. All you need is a Google account to set it up. You could create your online form and place a link to it from your web site.

I just took a tutorial on lynda.com and they used a pet adoption form as an example. Let me know if you need help with this and spread the word.
