This is our little girl brandi, she came into our lives on Feb 23, she is 4 months old and a sassy little girl, she likes to beat up our 1 year old male cocker, she thinks she is the boss. And she is right, she is. :-) not a day goes by that she doesn't have us laughing. She is very smart. And very brave for a little girl. She only weighed 5 lbs when we got her. She is now a fat little thing probably weighing at least 10 lbs. She loves to run and play and and steal all of the toys from our other dog. What a joy she is in our lives.

We are so lucky to have found Gracie at the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada. Since we adopted Gracie, we are unsure of her breed background, but anyone can tell by her face that she is definitely part cocker spaniel. When she was rescued by the SPCA she had ran away from her owner/breeder, and suffered from pneumonia brought on by a cool rainy summer. When her owner refused to pay the veterinary bills accrued by the non-profit organization, they put her up for adoption. Not knowing it was my fiancé's plan to buy me a black cocker spaniel to use as part of his engagement proposal, I insisted that we rescue this “pound dog” who melted our hearts. Three days after we adopted her, the SPCA was sadly shut down due to the fatal parvovirus. We found her just in time and nursed her to be the fun-loving dog she is today. At 11 months old, she already shows the great hunting skills of a cocker as she keeps her nose to the ground sniffing out every different scent. 

This is Laci, our 2 year old cocker spaniel. Her registered name is Bentleys' Blonde Bombshell, she is gorgeous and she definitely knows it! Laci likes to prance around the house with her head held high. She will not go into the grass if its wet and get her feet dirty- she even licks herself like a cat! Laci lives at home with us in Hueysville, KY with her sister Lola and our Great Pyrenees, Kash. Soon she will have a new brother, a chocolate cocker spaniel named Kane.

Dixie was adopted at 13 weeks of age. She's the quirkiest dog I've ever known. She loves being with her mommy and hates being left outside for too long. However, she's an extremely bright dog. She could play fetch for hours. She also has a gorgeous red coat. 

Our dog lucky is the best dog in the universe. After we got him (he was about 6 months old) he had an accident and was burned on his back with hot water. This infected his blood and he was in the hospital for a long time and almost died. Everyday me and my kids are thankful for him, he's our best friend, playmate, sleeping partner and running partner. He's always by my side like velcro. He's so loyal I will never have another breed.

Full Name: Cookies 'n Cream Monster, daily name is Cookie and when she's in trouble (which is frequent), we call her Cookie Monster. Cookie loves playing with her toy poodle "brother," Hershey. She greets everyone she sees with equal enthusiasm, believing that all should love her. Kisses are given freely by her too, so you've better watch out! She would rather you play tug-o-war with her than go and run after a ball. She likes sleeping a little too much. Actually, she'll go upstairs to my bedroom around 9:30 pm every night because that's when she wants to go to bed. Cookies knows my parents as "gamma" and "gampa." Gamma wasn't too crazy about getting another dog, since she was content with her toy poodle as the only dog. I was extremely lonely without my old cocker spaniel that I had since I was six, though. Cookie adds so much joy to my life. She constantly surprises us with her antics. Recently she has been learning the art of howling, aided by yours truly. :)

Hi, My name is Maximus Maridius Mills ( Max for short); I am 4 months old and I am an American Cocker Spaniel. I live in Box Springs,Georgia (about 100 miles south of Atlanta) with my two sisters Roxie and Angel who are Cockers as well. Every one always makes such a fuss over how cute I am and how handsome my color and markings are. My mom tells me I'm a tri-colored chocolate merle, and she's always tells me how pretty my eyes are( one green and one brown). This is my first big boy hair cut!

We adopted Buddy a year ago when I worked as a dog groomer. Buddy was my favorite customer, and as luck should have it, he wound up needing a good family to adopt him. We took him home in September of 2005. He adapted into our family remarkably, and none of us can remember life before Buddy. His birthday is September 11th, and we look forward to celebrating his 5th birthday this fall. Buddy loves FOOD! Any kind, he isn't particular! He eats granola and carrots, and seems to like them best. He had to go on a diet last month because of the traditional cocker weight gain, so unhealthy treats are out of the question. He loves to sleep almost as much as he likes to eat. He has a very quiet and conservative personality. Cuddling is his favorite activity. He also shares his home with two talking parrots, and plays with them daily. It's amazing how gentle he is with them. We look forward to lots more happy years with our dear friend, Buddy. 

My name is Amanda Phillips and since I have no children Dj is my baby!! She has the personality of someone that would be my best friend. She loves to look out the window all day to see what the neighborhood is up to. Many people when they meet her don't believe that she is 10 years old she has the energy of a puppy!!! She is spoiled rotten and she loves every minute of it. I love her to pieces. Her best friend is our other dog that is a mutt but the two of them remind everyone of Lady and the Tramp because he is a larger black and grey dog. They are like two peas in a pod. 

Hello, my name is Ellie Mae and I am princess of the house. I am a 7 month old girl and I am a very rare chocolate, tan, and white cocker spaniel. I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mom caught me just now getting all settled in on the bed to have some of my treats without asking. I might be grounded) but, who can stay mad at a face like this? My favorite thing to do is attack the vacuum cleaner and clench my teeth onto the mop and go for the ride. But, when it's time to settle down I give good snuggles and kisses.
