Howling? ?

Generally, Lucky is pretty quiet. But during playtime, or if I start howling, he'll begin to howl. Its adorable. He sounds like an old man singin' the blues.

I'm curious, is howling common in cocker spaniels?

As for Bear, he trues to howl, but can't!

Hoshi doesn't, at least so far. My step-daughter could make my first cocker Gabby howl. It was cute.

My Pye is a very vocal dog. When he starts up (he barks) Pogo will start to howl. Hubby doesn't think it's cute LOL.

How adorable. Ki is fairly quiet but Farley is a talkie kind of a dog. He doesn't howl like that but he does have a sort of howl on his conversation occasionally.
