Apple Cider Vinegar

Does anyone use Apple Cider Vinegar as a prevention for UTI in their dogs? I am pretty sure Zoey has her second UTI. She had one last fall which she had antibiotics for. She is going into the vet tomorrow morning for a urine test, but I am pretty sure
