grooming a cocker skirt

I am a home groomer and have been grooming my Charlierose for 7+ yrs. I normally just trim her in the winter and shave her down in the spring/summer. I missed the opportunity to shave her down this fall and now I want to trim her down and try shaving her a back down to create a skirt like look. I normally trim her down on the bottom of her feet and due to a injury on ear and the resulting vet visit she will need her ears shaved down. any advice you could give would be helpful.

Sounds good to me! My grooming style is hacking, at best, but what's your question? It sounds like you know what you're doing!

Did you check the stickies at the beginning of this forum for information on grooming. I also believe that in the grooming tools list there are several excellent videos that are listed.
