1. Stanley is pedigree-champ: This first story is about a beautiful black and tan English Cocker spaniel (picture below). :wub: He competed in this years Crufts show. His owner has been a breeder for almost 40 yrs.
   
   
2. A story for all dog lovers: This editorial about the adversities in raising a cocker puppy is filled with puns and one-liners:
   
   

   Whoever said you cannot buy happiness forgot about little puppies.
   
   It’s a fact: A dog’s affection increases in direct proportion to how wet and sandy he/she is.
   
   What do you call people who relate to canines more than they do to humans? "Dog Lovers!"

3. When has an animal gone out of the way to be nice to you or to others?: This story is from someone's blog. The writer jokingly admonishes his cocker for being unfriendly. Well, it's almost as if the cocker understood what was said and proves his master wrong.
