Every year my Pansy welcomes th New Year with a bladder infection! She is on the CD food from the vets and the vet always says "someone gave her turkey"! Well this this everyone was told please no turkey for the dogs, I ahd carrots for them. Well, I think it worked as Pansy is right as rain and no vet bill as a New years present!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I am very pleased about this .............even if all 4 dogs ( my son brings 2 boxers) were unhappy as they got no turkey! LOL!

That's great news MaryG!
And, Happy New Year Pansey!

YAHOO!!!!!!!!! That's wonderful news! No vet bills is always a good thing!

THanks! I am really happy that poor little Pansy did not get sick as these bladder infection hurt her so much. Actually we did not think the dogs were getting any turkey............... but I do have a grandson who was proabably droping some on the floor and Pansy was cleaning up or he may have feed it to her . This year we told him and since he is almost 4 he remembered not to let her ( or any one else) have any. Pansy is my grandsons's favorite dog as she seems to think like him and they do everything together when they are together. I remember the first time Pansy saw him she was taken right away. Was kind of strange as my girls have never seen a baby before him. They are both wonderful with him............but I never leave them alone as I think a dog always needs to be watched around little ones.
Have a good day!
Hugs,
