Boarding Hoshi while I'm at work

Last night seemed to go well. Hoshi slept in an enclosed play area behind the front desk but was moved to a kennel in the morning. Hoshi's intact so he's not allowed to socialize with others that get dropped off in the morning. He seemed a bit frazzled when they brought him out. He doesn't like the kennels.
